Matt Shepperd started I Am Change out of a heart of compassion for global needs and motivation to create a catalytic movement of 'everyday people'. Beyond cliche', Matt really does 'want to change the world'; and it seems as though I Am Change is making great strides in that direction. "The potential that lies in the hearts and hands of us as everyday people, really can change the world if it were to become awakened. Yet, I believe that the majority of people in our country (US) simply don't understand the brevity of needs outside our borders; and, those that do simply feel paralyzed to combat them. So, we must begin strategically engaging these needs in ways that we can grasp personally and that make a legitimate difference globally."

Spending his time developing relationships with partner organizations, establishing projects in the developing world, and traveling the US speaking in various venues, Matt is passionate about expanding people's world-view and getting help to those who desperately need it.

Matt resides in The Woodlands, TX (Houston) with his wife and two sons.
